Terms and data

This page is written in plain language, not legalese. Our contract is these terms plus the order confirmation: number (GS-…), scope, amount and deadline. If you need a signed contract, or your order is 50,000 TL or more, we sign one on the same terms.

Who we are

Görsel Star is a sub-brand of the Orpola studio. We make advertising images of products. Contact: WhatsApp +90 546 195 74 10.

How the images are made

The model, location and setting are created with computer graphics, including artificial intelligence. The faces on our roster are digital, not real people. We don't hide it, and we answer a direct question directly.

Your product is not redrawn. It is reproduced from the photo you send: the print, label, logo and any text readable with normal eyesight stay unchanged (tiny ingredient text and barcode digits are not covered). Before delivery every image is placed next to your file and checked.

If a platform's rules require an AI label, whoever publishes adds it. Images we publish always carry the label.

Rights to your product

By ordering a shoot, you confirm that you have the right to advertise this product and that its logos, prints and marks do not infringe third-party rights. If you are a dealer or not the brand owner, get permission in advance.

Who owns the images

Once paid in full, the images are entirely yours, with no limits on term, territory or use: advertising, your store, marketplaces, outdoor, TV, resale. There is no surcharge for “extended rights.”

We show your images only with written permission. If you say no, your product will not appear on our site, our social media or our proposals. You can withdraw permission at any time; we take the images down within three business days.

Guarantee

If the print, label or shape of the product doesn't match exactly, we reshoot for free until it does: our goal is for you to get exactly what you wanted. Feedback is accepted within 3 days of delivery. On top of that, every order includes 2 free revisions: pose, background, light, framing.

Gambling, betting, income promises
Adult content (18+) of any kind
Prescription drugs
Images that promise treatment or rejuvenation results: “before and after” and the like

With clinics, dental practices, travel agencies and courses we do work — we just don't depict a result that never happened. Images with people are openly staged and labeled as such: our models are not your staff, and the person in the image is not your patient.

Your data

Everything we get from you is needed for one thing only: to fulfill your order.

The photo of your product is used only in your shoot. It doesn't go to another client, isn't used in another project and is never used to train AI models.
Your request and contact details are kept until you ask us to delete them, so if you come back you don't start from scratch.
Chat messages and the files we sent you are kept until you ask us to delete them. The assistant is a bot and says so in its very first reply; complex questions go to a person on our team.
We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising. To do the work, we use only these services: our server (Contabo, Germany), the team’s messenger (Telegram), email delivery (Resend) and the chat assistant (Google Gemini). Phones, emails, account names and links are hidden before messages reach the assistant; product photos never go to the AI. These services are abroad, so data is transferred outside Turkey (KVKK art. 9); you can object by writing to us.
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser keeps only your language, your account sign-in and the link you came from (for example an ad tag, for 30 days). That last one stays with us alongside your order so we can see which ads work, and is never shared.

You can ask us to delete it. One WhatsApp message is enough — we’ll delete your request, photos and chat. We don’t ask why. You can exercise all your rights under KVKK art. 11 (access, correction, deletion, objection) the same way — we reply within 30 days.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed openly on the site, in Turkish lira, excl. VAT (KDV). For now we work only in Turkey, from Istanbul. Payment by bank transfer (Havale/EFT) or bank card. On your first order, half up front and half on delivery. A concept session with the director is paid separately.

Disputes

Talk to us first. Send your complaint on WhatsApp; we reply, we don’t go silent. The guarantee terms are written above, and we honor them.
